Shipping method and times

Shipping is $29 in the Continental US

Orders placed by Noon (EST) ship same day M-F. Orders placed after Noon (EST) on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground

You may specify a separate ship-to address during checkout.

International Shipping

We do ship to many international locations. To check rates for your location add an item to your cart. On the checkout page, choose your location in the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" box and click "Get a Quote". If shipping is available to your location the rate will be shown.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to the state of Florida. The state sales tax rate is 6%, county surcharges may apply.

Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express Discover. In addtion to direct credit card payments we accept: PayPal and Google Checkout

Order Security

All information entered during checkout is protected by the leading industry standard SSL encryption. You will see a lock in your browser adress bar indicating the link to our website is secured. We do not store credit card numbers, your credit card information is only used to process the transaction, it is not stored on our servers. We're so confident of our security measures that we offer a Safe Shopper Guarantee.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Our website will send you an email confirmation with your order information immediately after completing checkout. You should receive the email within a few minutes. If you do not receive the order confirmation email please check your spam filter or spam box. You will also receive and email notification with the tracking # when you order ships. If you create an account when you cehckout you can logon to check the status of your order at any time.

Bicycle Assembly

Your bike will arrive approximately 95% assembled. You will need to unpack, unfold and attach the seat and pedals. It's very easy and we have video instructions here: Assembly Instructions

Return Policy

We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Our bikes are offered with free shipping and shipping in non-refundable, so please be aware that if you return it our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To return an item:

Please email service@premiercycling.com and include your original order number, what bike you are returning, and your name. We will issue an RMA #. NOTE: Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA #.

Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided.

Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit. Please Note: we cannot refund shipping and handling.

Shipping Damage

Our bikes are specifically packaged to withstand shipping. If your bike arrives and looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. We will handle filing a claim with the shipper.
